Insurance Providers
At Netter Family Dental, we strive to make sure you get the dental treatment you need by working with your insurance provider. We are proud to currently be in-network with Aetna, Ameritas, Assurant, Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental, Cigna PPO, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, and Principal. Our knowledgeable staff will take care of the filing and tracking of your claims. To ensure that your insurance information is always up-to-date, we kindly ask that you bring your insurance card to each appointment.
We will process claims to insurance companies that we are out of network with, but we cannot accept any HMO, DMO, Healthy Indiana Plans (HIP), or Medicaid.
